Palco4 is a company that provides a ticketing platform service under a Software as a Service (SaaS) model at an international level. Palco4 was founded with a strong commitment to offering a technologically advanced product and the highest quality standards at a competitive price.
Since our beginnings, quality has been our raison d'être and our key differentiating factor from our competitors. We aim to go even further in these areas through the implementation of a quality management system.
The Management of Palco4 approaches the Quality Management System as a way to organize the operation of the company based on fundamental pillars such as the quality of its services, management of Quality aspects, customer satisfaction, emergencies, risks, legal requirements, and the continuous improvement of the System's effectiveness. To this end, the Palco4 Quality Management System is based on:
